We experienced interruptions in IT communications across several locations due to a wider infrastructure issue. Below is a summary of the impact and recovery times:
E3 (Building 3):
Complete loss of communications from April 28 at 13:06 until April 29 at 00:10. Service has now been fully restored.
Sant Cugat Campus:
Some racks were affected, but overall building communications remained operational.
Madrid Campus:
Communications were interrupted from April 28 at 13:07 until April 28 at 21:36. The service is now fully restored.
