Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting Exchange Online mailboxes.

Some users in Europe may experience errors or failures when trying to access their Exchange Online mailbox using any connection method.

Please note that this is not an Esade system issue; it originates from Microsoft’s Exchange Online service infrastructure.

Academ platform deployment Dec 9, 2025 08:30 - Dec 12, 2025 14:30 CET

Starting Tuesday, December 9th at 08:30h, we will begin deploying Academ, a new platform that will replace the following systems:
- EPD
- Gestió Recerca
- Ficha del Profesor

The deployment is expected to last until Friday, December 12th at approximately 14:30h.

During this period, these services will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
